RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your OVERLAP STUDIOS pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: we currently do not cover return shipping costs. If you request a prepaid return label, a shipping fee of £3.45 will be deducted from your refund. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Sale items are final and non-refundable unless faulty.

Exchanges: As most of our pieces are made to order, we don’t offer standard exchanges. However, feel free to email us at ellie@overlapstudios.co.uk In some cases, we can make it work depending on stock and availability, and we’re always happy to help if we can.
