We hope you love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

To start a return, please contact info@overlapstudios.co.uk or WhatsApp +44 7587 014870 with your order number and reason for return.

Please note, we do not currently cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

We can also arrange a collection for your return if requested, and a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Sale items are final and non-refundable unless faulty. As most of our pieces are made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges. However, please feel free to get in touch, in some cases we may be able to accommodate depending on stock and availability.

We recommend washing inside out at 30°C and air drying where possible to maintain the quality and longevity of the fabric. Avoid tumble drying to preserve shape and softness.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees when they reach your country. These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

Overlap Studios ships orders on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning local customs authorities will contact you if any fees are due. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
